Every month we ensure everything on your website is running smoothly. If you see something that isn’t right, contact us and we’ll fix it as soon as possible. In addition to making website updates per your request, we monitor and update security threats, spam, WordPress, plugins and database optimization.
What is a Revision Round?
A revision round is when you contact us for a list of minor changes you have to your website. You may have edits that you need to your text, images or a new feature you want to add.
Every Website Design Package comes with a set number of revision rounds per month. We allow your revision rounds to carry forward if you don’t use them. If needed, you can purchase additional revision round packages in your client portal area.
Why is there a setup fee?
The setup fees covers our time it takes to setup your hosting environment and build your website depending on the size of your website. Our fee is modest compared to rates that independent Web Designers charge.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Payments are automatically deducted monthly on the date you purchased, unless you chose to pay annually.
Will you migrate my site?
Yes. We can migrate your site for free depending on the server details and size of your website of your existing host. Get in touch with us if you want us to take a look and give you an estimate.
What is your refund policy?
There are no subscription contracts with Modivize so you can cancel at any time. We offer a 30-day, money-back guarantee on your monthly subscription for the days remaining before your subscription renewal date. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on your setup fee or domain name purchase.
